Alibali Reserch Lab
During my time as an aspiring researcher, I was thrilled to join the Cognitive Development and Communication Lab. My work involved investigating the mechanisms behind cognitive development, focusing on how children understand and communicate complex concepts. I participated in designing and conducting experiments, and analyzing data. This experience not only honed my research skills but also deepened my understanding of developmental psychology and cognitive science. Collaborating with experienced researchers and contributing to meaningful projects was incredibly rewarding.
Ahn Research Group
As a freshman in the Undergraduate Research Scholars (URS) program at UW-Madison, I was selected to work with other research assistants in the Ahn Research Group. Our primary focus was studying Bayesian and abductive reasoning, which are crucial aspects of cognitive science and artificial intelligence. This opportunity allowed me to delve into advanced theoretical concepts and apply them in practical research settings. Working closely with faculty and peers in a collaborative environment was instrumental in shaping my analytical and problem-solving skills, and it provided a strong foundation for my future research endeavors.
