Explanation
Within DENSO's HR and Recruiting teams, we had policies dictacting how often employees could apply to the job postings both internally and externally. In the case of internal hiring, like for team leader roles, we had a separate Excel document to check if they had gone through the application process already within the previous x months, and thus were ineligible, or Frozen, for consideration for that role.
Responsilbities
The Frozen line document was large and would likely have been improved by migrating to a SQL Database other than the ease of use for the team (ETL would have been great). I had several different responsibilities for this task including:
- formatting
- auditing records with ATS
- checking status
